JOB OFFER at SCB Société Commerciale de Banque Cameroun, Attijariwafa Bank Group

• Participate in the definition of the annual budget of the business center; • Structuring attractive commercial offers in collaboration with his line manager in compliance with the pricing policy and proposing them to customers;
• Share, monitor and steer the collective and individual objectives of the SME Business Managers in his unit;

 

 

• Being a source of proposals and bearers of initiatives in order to promote the development of the Business Center;
• Ensure the supervision and follow-up of the resolution of complaints in relation with the specialized unit in charge of complaints; • Manage the assembly of credit files and the negotiation of financial guarantee conditions;
• Follow up and manage the load plan and customer commitments;
• Analyze the financial and economic situation of SME clients to identify their needs;
• Coordinate the follow-up and implementation of the recommendations of the control units;
• Coordinate the identification and reporting of operational incidents as well as the maintenance of the risk culture within its scope of activity.

 

 

SKILLS
• Knowledge of regulatory and legal texts in banking;
• Mastery of the bank’s internal procedures;
• Mastery of bank products and services;
• Mastery of sales techniques;
• Mastery of the computer tool (Word-Excell;
• Good knowledge of the use of authorizations (Amplitude Bank, Amplitude Portal. Mantis, Lotus Notes)

 

 

PROFILE
• Hold a Bac + 5 in Management, Banking-Finance, Commerce;
• Have a minimum of 7 years’ experience in banking; • Experience in commercial operations or a similar position in a financial institution of medium or large size is an asset.
