Main activity
The main mission is to support the origination of commercial transactions and to ensure in close collaboration with the back office teams, the proper execution of all commercial transactions initiated by the team.
Your daily missions
Ensure sales and commercial animation
Participate in the development of the commercial action plan TRADE FINANCE AND FOREX
Assist RMs in detecting opportunities in their client and prospect portfolio.
Carry out a schedule of customer visits
Define, in collaboration with the coverage, the training plan relating to his area of expertise.
Organize (participate in) dedicated customer events.
Ensure the development of the Trade Finance and Foreign Exchange product offer
Promote value-added solutions in collaboration with marketing (business contribution to product or project committees)
Ensure the rapid upgrading of offers and the improvement of the offer
Prioritize the development of products according to the main commercial orientations.
Develop and retain the business
Develop commercial proposals (pricing, structuring) for the most complex products, organize responses to calls for tenders.
Ensure that the tools and products sold are properly used by customers
Define, in collaboration with HR, the training plan relating to his area of expertise
Develop the commercial relationship with the customers or targeted prospects on the basis of a training plan commercial action (promotional campaigns to reposition strategic products)
Profile
Minimum BAC + 4 in Finance, International Trade or any related discipline
Minimum 03 years of professional experience in commercial banking or in international operations.
Technical skills
Knowledge of Trade Finance and Foreign Exchange products and services
Knowledge of banking regulations
Mastery of CEMAC foreign exchange regulations Mastery of
international trade techniques Knowledge
of credit policy
Mastery of financial analysis
Mastery of office tools and business applications
