Location: Douala

The main mission is to support the origination of commercial transactions and to ensure, in close collaboration with the back office teams, the proper execution of all commercial transactions initiated by the team.

Main activities
 

Ensure sales and commercial animation
Ensure the development of the Trade Finance and Foreign Exchange product offer
Develop and retain the business
Promote synergy between international trade and cross selling
Profile

Business skills: Knowledge of Trade Finance and Foreign Exchange products and services, Knowledge of banking regulations, Mastery of CEMAC foreign exchange regulations, Mastery of techniques of international trade, Knowledge of credit policy, Mastery of financial analysis, Mastery of office tools and business applications, Ability to manage and lead a sales team.

Behavioral skills: Result orientation, Customer orientation, Good relational and communication skills, Sense of innovation and spirit of initiative, Team spirit.

Candidate profile

Minimum BAC + 4 in Finance, International Trade or any related discipline.
Minimum 03 years of professional experience in commercial banking or in international operations.
