OB OFFER – BGFIBank – Cameroon: BUSINESS MANAGER
Management and profitability of a portfolio of corporate clients in accordance with the commercial action plan and set objectives.
Activities:
Manage and develop commercial relationships with corporate banking clients and prospects;
Advise, propose and sell products and services adapted to the target in order to achieve the set objectives;
Create credit files;
Monitor risks and optimize profitability of relationships in charge;
Participate in economic forums and business lunches to prospect target customers;
Carry out the reporting defined for business managers.
Desired experience:
Minimum three (03) years of experience as a Customer Relations Manager for Large Companies, as a financial analyst or credit analyst.
Level of study:
Bac +4/5 in Management/Banking/Finance/Commercial Action or Financial Analysis Banking training: ‘TB, BBS or equivalent.
Qualities sought:
You demonstrate rigor, adaptation, great editorial skills, composure, listening, integrity and are proactive.
You have a good sense of organization.
You have great interpersonal and human qualities, real skills and you are dynamic. You have a sense of negotiation as well as a spirit of initiative, analysis and synthesis. You are proactive and professional.
You are performance oriented.
Mastery of professional English and information tools are essential.
Good command of the Amplitude software is essential.
