Assignment :

MAIN MISSIONS:

• Operational implementation of the action plan within the framework of markets, purchases and supplies.
•  

  Strict compliance with regulatory provisions on procurement.

ACTIVITIES :

• Implementation of the procurement, purchasing and supply policy;
• Preparation of documents for the assembly of tender files, files of calls for expressions of interest in liaison with the entities concerned;
• Development of supplier selection criteria;
• Efficient and rigorous execution of the validated schedule;
• Execution of purchase orders;
• Monitoring the compliance of the administrative files of service providers and other suppliers;
• Support to users in the drafting of specifications and ToRs;
• Implementation of self-monitoring tools related to the performance of its activities;
• Real-time availability of information in the context of audits;
• Collection and Archiving of documents generated in the context of procurement;
• Legal monitoring in procurement.

Profile :

– Bac +5 admin, logistics;

– 2 to 3 years of experience;
