AVICENTER, is a rapidly expanding international financial company. Its main activity
is the bank guarantee for studies, which offers international students the
possibility of justifying their financial resources in a simple, quick and secure way in order
to obtain their student visa for France.

CALL ADVISOR (M/F)
To support our strong development, we are looking for a customer teleadvisor
for an internship of 3 to 6 months, with the possibility of conversion to a permanent contract
(CDI) at the end of the internship .
Job description
Required profile

Receive calls from prospects and customers
Advise on the telephone, prospects outside Cameroon
Sell the AVI service by telephone according to the company’s commercial objectives.
Handle customer complaints by calls and emails
You have boundless energy, always a smile and a spirit of initiative,
You have a good command of IT tools,
You have good experience in telesales or after-sales service.
You have good knowledge of customer relations,
You have good presentation, good diction and good command of the French language,
You have extraordinary empathy (you really like people and you want to be able to
help them),
You are organized and meticulous in your tasks,
You have good observation and analysis skills
You know how to manage stress and emergencies
You like team spirit and cohesion.
