Prudential Beneficial Insurance is looking for its development needs 01 Charge (e) Call Center based in Douala.

Applications will be reviewed and processed in accordance with our diversity and inclusion charter.
Missions:
• Ensure the operation of the call center by ensuring that customer calls are quickly collected and handled with satisfaction as soon as possible;

• Ensure the implementation and development of means of improving the quality of service on the telephone;
• Ensure the management of emergency and/or complex customer situations.
Main activities:
• Ensure the reception of all incoming calls from customers and provide solutions to identified needs or redirect them to the appropriate analyst;
• Perform research on client files according to requests received;
• Supervise the activities of the call center for a better result;
• Monitor and implement quality of service.
Job profile

• BAC + 2 in insurance, communication or equivalent  
• Rigor and autonomy
• Ability to adapt
• Ability to listen and take initiative
• Ability to manage stress
• Ability to work in a team
• Sense of customer service and organization
• Bilingual
