CALL FOR EXPRESSION OF INTEREST N° 001 JAPSSO/AMI/DE/DAF/2023:

2023 GOODS AND SERVICE PROVIDERS FILE

 

 

 

 

1. OBJECT :

 

As part of its activities , the NGO JAPSSO: Join Acting Process For the Success of Sustainable Objectives ,  is launching a call for expressions of interest relating to the establishment of the file of suppliers of goods, service providers, for the year 2023.

 

2. PARTICIPATION:

 

This notice of expression of interest is open on equal terms to all suppliers of goods, service providers regularly established in Cameroon, having the legal, technical and financial capacities required and in good standing vis-à-vis the administration.

 

 

 

 

3. DOMAINS:

           

1-PRINTING, COMPUTER GRAPHICS, SERIGRAPHY, REPROGRAPHY

2- OFFICE FURNITURE

3-OFFICE SUPPLIES AND STATIONERY (excluding IT equipment)

4-COMPUTER EQUIPMENT AND CONSUMABLES

5-MAINTENANCE OF COMPUTER AND OFFICE EQUIPMENT

6- MEDICAL and BIOMEDICAL EQUIPMENT

7-MAINTENANCE KITS, FOOD, PHYTOSANITARY, PRODUCTION, AGRICULTURAL

8-INSURANCE

Each expression of interest must include the following documents:

1)    A request addressed to the Executive Director specifying the chosen area or areas;

2)    A valid tax file for the current year including photocopies of: the registration certificate, the certificate of non-bankruptcy; the certificate of non-royalty; the bank domiciliation certificate; the location plan.

 

 

 

 

 

 

NB  :

v the documents listed are all photocopies of valid and compliant documents.

v A service provider cannot choose more than three (03) domains at a time

Expressions of interest written in French or in English, in one original, are expected no later than Tuesday, January 31, 2023 at 4:00 p.m. sharp in a single closed and sealed envelope with discharge, At our premises:

– IN YAOUNDE IN BASTOS, ON THE 5 ^th   LEVEL BUILDING BETWEEN THE SPANISH EMBASSY AND THE RUSSIAN EMBASSY;

–   IN GAROUA LIEU-DIT GAROUA 1 TO 150 METERS FROM THE POUMPOURE CROSSROADS  TOWARDS THE GREAT MOSQUE AFTER EXPRESS EXCHANGE ;

 

 

The envelope containing the event must bear the following external statement: ” N° 001 JAPSSO/AMI/DE/DAF/2023 “ and specify the field(s) chosen.
