Main Missions & Activities

Targeting, Allocation and Management of customer data value

Develop targeted marketing campaigns aimed at increasing customer voice value at the individual level
Participate in building the CBM strategy in its voice value management axis for the next 3 years
Ensure the evaluation and reporting of all campaigns related to voice value management
Define the impacts (IS / process / business lines / customer journey / marketing)
Analyzes and Modeling

Perform in-depth analyzes to identify the elements that have an impact on the churn
Carry out predictive analyzes on churn in order to optimize the effectiveness of loyalty programs
Develop statistical models that will make it possible to understand the impact of marketing actions and competition on churn
Competitive intelligence and customer experience

Ensure the consideration of anti-churn programs in the definition of the value proposition
Set up an optimal segmentation that supports the anti-churn strategy and the customer experience of the company
Conduct a review in the field of telecommunications of the “best practices” of the campaigns anti churn and put them into practice at Orange Cameroon
Organize phoning schedules for a better understanding of the perception of our offers by customers
Loyalty program management

 



 

Ensure optimal execution of the loyalty program in order to minimize costs, increase company turnover, reduce churn and customer satisfaction
Acquisition and Retention

Ensure base growth client (focus on Data)
Ensure basic awakening on the various key products of the company

Qualifications

Training: BAC + 5 Statistician Engineer Economist / Data Scientist / Analytical or quantitative Marketing / Computer Engineer

Experience: 1 to 2 years of experience in a company handling large volumes of data with applications in data mining
