TDR RECRUITMENT HEAD OF AGENCY CCEC

Trial period : 3 months renewable once

CONTEXT

For almost 25 years, the ICCNET group has been performing in the fields of telecoms, hospitality, finance and, more recently, industry, through 7 companies (Matrix Télécoms SA, ICCSOFT SA, RESYTAL, ADAC (Africa Data Center), LA VALLEE DE BANA, CCEC-SA, GFC).

We are recruiting a Manager for one of the CCEC-SA agencies, whose responsibility will be to develop its customer portfolio quantitatively and qualitatively and optimize commitments.

TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES :

Under the general supervision of the CEO of the Holding and the direct supervision of the Managing Director, the position holder will be responsible for:

Classify the different clients according to sector of activity.
Make contact with clients in your portfolio (telephone, text messages, email and physical meetings).

Carry out activity visits to clients in your portfolio.
Advise and assist portfolio clients in their choice (products and services) in order to adapt solutions to their needs.
Assist customers in the creation of credit files (guarantee visits, completion of KYC forms).
Carry out warranty visits in the field in collaboration with the legal manager.
Monitor and manage your portfolio commitments.
Ensure customer satisfaction in its portfolio.
Recruit new customers.
Ensure the revival of dormant accounts in your portfolio.
Ensure the physical and computer opening of accounts by first checking the conformity of the documents.
Ensure customer data is updated.
Relaunch dormant accounts
Analyze credit files.
Conduct a monthly portfolio review.
Make the portfolio profitable.
Prepare a report of your activities.
Manage portfolio downgrade.
Ensure competitive intelligence and make proposals for creating or improving products.
Transmit periodic statistics to superiors.

Technical skills sought:

Bac +5 in marketing and sales, banking and finance, or management.
Minimum 1 year of professional experience.
Perfect knowledge of the microfinance or banking environment, professions and services.
Knowledge of banking and financial management.
Basic knowledge of banking law.
Knowledge of sales and communication.
Ability to negotiate, convince, prospect.
Mastery of financial services and products.
Mastery of using computer tools.
