Recruitment Notice: Chief Accountant / Financial Officer

An Industrial Company is looking for a Chief Accountant / Financial Officer for the needs of its services. Under the supervision of the Group Director, his mission will be to:

 

 

ASSIGNMENTS:

–        Supervise and lead the accounting team.

–        Coordinates procedures and ensures compliance with the financial guidelines chosen by the company.

–        Guarantees the application of accounting and tax procedures and the closing of accounts

–        Ensures the revision of the accounts until the establishment of the tax package

–        Assumes an advisory role to the management for which he produces the summary tables and reporting,

–        Responsible for the preparation and validation of budgets

–        Ensure tax optimization

–        Develops tools for managing and monitoring accounting procedures as well as verifying their proper use

–        Perform all financial studies

–        Establishes the differences between the provisional objectives and the objectives achieved and sets up corrective actions;

 

 

 

The profiles sought are as follows  :

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

–          Master ‘s degree in management accounting / accounting and finance ( the candidate having obtained a scientific or technical baccalaureate) 05 years of minimum experience in accounting management

–         The passage in cabinet is an asset

–         Have a solid knowledge of management,

–           Be no more than 40 years old

 

 

 

REQUIRED QUALITIES :

–        Computer skills (spreadsheet, accounting software, etc.)

–        Taste for numbers; rigour, precision, autonomy

–        Sense of responsibility and organization

–        Great open-mindedness; great adaptability;

–        Determination, dynamism; sense of detail, creativity and responsiveness;

–        Analytical skills and strong analytical skills

–        Quality of leader and sense of leadership
