OBJECTIVE OF THE POSITION: Supervise psychosocial care activities, supervise teams of social workers, activity reporting, relations with local mental health partners.
IN PARTICULAR, YOU WILL HAVE THE FOLLOWING RESPONSIBILITIES:
Mission 1: Accompaniment and reinforcement of the psychosocial skills of young people in their professional project
Mission 2: Establishment of community self-support groups for adults and young people
Mission 3: SWOT analysis relating to the local perception of mental health issues and pre-existing community support mechanisms
Mission 4: Situational analysis in Mental Health
Mission 5: Compile and write activity reports
Mission 6: Pilot activity Mental Health Gap ( mhGAP)
Mission 7: Ensure the protection of the beneficiaries of the project
Mission 8: Support the implementation of the referral system
DIPLOMAS/LEVEL OF STUDIES/EXPERIENCE:
– Master 2 in psychology or psycho-social work or similar
– Experience in team management and management
– Experience in programming/program data collection.
– Familiarity with psychomotor stimulation methods –
REQUIRED SKILLS:
– Capacities in designing, implementing and facilitating training for the team and partners on MHPSS themes
– Good knowledge of psychological care and psychosocial support
– Knowledge of practices care and basic animation techniques
– Good capacity for analysis and synthesis
– Very good interpersonal skills
– Good knowledge of child development
– Computer skills (Word – Excel – Power point)
– Communication: skills in Listening and Observation
– Proficiency in French
– Knowledge of English is an asset
