A collection officer
Duties:
• Recover the Bank’s compromised debts by procedural and other means
• Master the applicable laws in this area
• Manage interactions with the various legal and judicial service providers involved
Activities :
• Identify the levers of action that will allow him to succeed in recovering unpaid debts and bad debts quickly
• Represent the Bank before the administrative and judicial jurisdictions if necessary
• Manage and monitor Litigation with legal service providers
Experience wanted :
• Minimum 03 years in the function of lawyer in charge of recovery within a banking / financial institution
Level of study:
• BAC + 4/5 in Law
Desired qualities:
• Good knowledge of banking regulations and enforcement procedures
• Have exemplary ethics and relational quality
• Have an efficient organization and a sense of results
• To have team spirit
• Master the computer tool
