Recruitment of Collectors at AMIS FINANCE COOP-CA

 

 

Main missions :

1. Develop the client portfolio
2. Publicize and sell the company’s products
3. Develop a customer loyalty policy
4. Participate in prospecting campaigns
5. Collect funds from customers on a daily basis
6. Produce weekly activity reports
7. Oversee collection activities and ensure client savings
8. Ensure the promotion and sale of financial products and services
9. Facilitate, coordinate and control, with its collaborators, the design and implementation activities necessary for the development on the market of the financial products and services offered by the company
10. Welcome, inform, detect needs and guide customers.

 

 

Prerequisites:

1. Have at least a BEPC and BACC
2. Have professional experience of at least one (01) in daily collection.
3. Computer skills
4. Good character

Be honest and courteous

Good relational sense

Good presentation

4. Have an aptitude for day-to-day and commercial collection work
5. Be able to work under pressure and have a strong personality
6. Having knowledge of English would be an asset.
7. Have a professional experience of at least six (06) in the field of commercial or daily collection in a Micro finance or a similar company.

– Copy of last diploma
