Recruitment Notice: Commercial Agent – AlcDigital Cameroon
We are looking for a motivated and experienced Commercial Agent to join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as a proven track record of success in sales.
Responsibilities:
• Maintain relationships with existing clients and develop new ones.
• Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate products or services.
• Provide expert advice on our products or services.
• Resolve customer complaints quickly and efficiently.
• Monitor market trends to identify new business opportunities.
• Stay up to date on industry news and the competitive landscape.
Requirements:
• Hold an A or B license
• Proven work experience as a commercial agent or similar role
• Knowledge of market research, sales and negotiation principles
• Ability to build relationships with clients
• Excellent skills communication, presentation and negotiation
• Fluency in English is a plus.
Salary: 50,000 FCFA/month + 1% of the turnover achieved by the commercial agent
