Responsibilities

❏ Welcome and guide customers inside the store

❏ Listen and identify customer needs

❏ Present relevant products based on identified needs and generate purchase

 

❏ Record customer orders and make quotes

❏ Ensure the efficiency of reception and the customer journey for a satisfactory store experience

❏ Keep informed on the field and on the products to respond to customer concerns

❏ Request technical assistance if necessary (specialized sales representatives, interior designer)

❏ Ensure that the shelves are well maintained (merchandising)

Educational Requirements

Bac+2 level in a commercial discipline or equivalent

Mastery of French and English

Experience Requirements

At least 2 years of professional experience in a commercial role

Additional Requirements

Knowledge and know-how:

Sales techniques and commercial negotiations
