AGENCY of Business Commercial Relations has the main mission of ensuring the administrative follow-up of a portfolio of customers in the SME or Large Business market, and also of managing their technical difficulties and their day-to-day banking needs with the permanent concern for quality of service and of customer satisfaction.

Main activities
The Corporate Commercial Relations Attaché is responsible for:

Carrying out the credit analysis of corporate counterparties and collecting any additional information
Commercial monitoring and administrative management of the customer portfolio
Monitoring of first-level commitments and risk: management of renewal dates, drafting of the commercialization of credit files, transfer of files to litigation
Quality of services and customer satisfaction: handling first-level customer complaints, informing the Quality Department of customer feedback and ensuring relevant escalations with their hierarchy
Compliance monitoring: FICLI customer registrations, compliance with anti-money laundering security and ethics rules, compliance control of customer files, updating of data collection sheets.

 

 

Minimum profile
BAC + 3 in Banking, Management courses or equivalent discipline
Minimum 02 years of professional experience in commercial banking or in the processing of banking transactions
