RECRUITMENT NOTICE OF A COMMITMENT MANAGER

EMPLOYMENT – For the needs of its services, the CCM (Caisse Communautaire des Montagnes) SA is looking for
candidates

for the following position:
Position: Head of Commitments
Place of function: Dschang
Type of contract: CDI

 

 

 




 

Main missions:
• Ensure compliance with the commitments contained in the service contract or within the framework of the charter signed
with the CCM network for litigation operations;
• Supervise the management of litigation and collection files;
• Assist the entire CCM network in the processing of pre-litigation;
• Ensure the implementation of amicable and judicial recovery procedures.
Main responsibilities:
• Management of the bad debts portfolio;
• Management of provisions and the net cost of risk (CNR) of the CCM;
• Definition of recovery strategies by file type;
• Animation of committees (credit, recovery, provisioning, etc.);
• Allocation of files to agents by segment (individual customers/business customers);
• Supervision of end-to-end collection activities;
• Functional administration of information systems relating to recovery;
• Monitoring of the activities of service providers and legal assistants;
• Reporting relating to collection;
• Save statistical data related to collection activities;
• Ensure the correct application of the procedures applying to his department;
• Ensure the compliance of transactions processed by its scope;
• Carry out formal monitoring;

 

 

 

 

• ensure compliance with the COBAC EMF R-2017/07 regulation relating to the classification, accounting and provisioning
of receivables from microfinance institutions.
Profile sought:
• Minimum Bac + 2 in accounting, finance, banking, law, or any other equivalent diploma;
• Minimum 6 months of experience in a similar position or in a firm.
Qualities:
• Transparency and integrity;
• Ability to assess risk;
• Sense of responsibility and vigilance on compliance issues;
• The spirit of synthesis and analysis;
• Team spirit ;
• Result orientation;
• Sense of organization and priorities.
Technical skills:
• Mastery of financial analysis, structuring and modelling;
• Very good editorial quality;
• Very good knowledge of contracts, bank guarantees and insolvency proceedings;
• Commercial approach to negotiation;
• Good product knowledge.
