Who are we?
The Cameroonian Association for Social Marketing (ACMS), member of the PSI network is a non-governmental organization under Cameroonian law whose main mission is to improve in a sustainable and measurable way the social situation of the Cameroonian population and to promote health and family prosperity. Thus, ACMS works in cooperation with the government and its partners in the public and private sectors to offer high quality health programs, reaching all populations in need. For more than twenty-five years, ACMS has provided the people of Cameroon with comprehensive, evidence-based public health interventions, including programs in reproductive health, malaria, and HIV prevention among others.

The Cameroonian Association for Social Marketing (ACMS) is a non-governmental organization under Cameroonian law and a member of the Network of Population Services International (PSI) since 1996. ACMS is recognized as being one of the main actors in Cameroon in the prevention of HIV/AIDS and family planning promotion through social marketing and behavior change communication. ACMS is a complex organization with multiple projects and donors and a wide range of products and services, including a social franchising project with 372 clinics within the network.
Your Contribution:
Develop a detailed communication plan for the process (for internal and external audiences);
Support the strengthening of the ACMS brand;
Update ACMS institutional communication material (header, ACMS website, 100% young, Facebook page, car and office signage, etc.);
Make proposals to adapt/renovate the graphic charter of the ACMS;
Share and present the ACMS branding and tagging plan to the SMT and revise them according to the inputs received;
Share and present the ACMS branding and branding plan to the Board and revise them according to the inputs received
Develop an awareness/information plan for staff members;
Outreach engagements with external stakeholders
Develop an external engagement strategy across digital, media and print materials;
Propose the script for a video on the history of ACMS and PSI;

The Basics:
Nationality: Cameroonian
Required diploma: Hold a Master’s degree in communication, advertising, journalism or any other equivalent diploma.
Desired Professional Experience: Have a good professional experience in Digital communication;
Have a professional experience of at least 3 years in digital communication;
Speak and write the French language perfectly and have sufficient command of the English language;
Have a good knowledge of computers.
What would interest us?
Familiarity with social marketing and/or NGOs;
Analytical skills and a very strong sense of detail;
Good command of data analysis techniques for audit,
Results-based management to succeed;
Negotiation skills;
Planning and organizational skills.
Excellent capacity for synthesis, precision and conciseness;
