• DEVELOPMENT OF THE COMMUNICATION POLICY – Develop a communication strategy in collaboration with the management – Set the objectives and monitor the results of the various actions or campaigns – Analyze the results of the communication actions and their commercial impact – Ensure an important watch on the market , competition, consumer trends, the press and advertising ORGANIZATION, IMPLEMENTATION AND IMPROVEMENT OF COMMUNICATION ACTIONS – Choose the most relevant messages and their media, test them, ensuring consistency between message, corporate image , and strategy – Produce or have produced the supports and update them: writings, photos, product sheets, catalogues, films, press kits, advertising campaign, etc. – Disseminate messages: buy advertising space, supply the community with materials – Organize press conferences, etc. – Inform and train the operational teams PROMOTION AND EVOLUTION OF THE IMAGE OF THE COMPANY – Analyze the notoriety, feedback from customers and partners, the evolution of the customer base as well as the consistency between messages, logos and sales media – Propose event actions, such as sponsorship, and focus on dynamic institutional communication – Develop the website and animate it to improve notoriety, the dynamism of the community and facilitate sales – Prepare and participate in events, fairs and exhibitions – Participate in other aspects of communication in the commercial, technical and social field,

    • SEARCHED PROFILES

    • • – You have a good command of English and French, both written and spoken; – You are able to speak in public in front of more than 500 people; – You have a Growth Hacker temperament and have real observation, analysis, adaptation and influence skills in a constantly changing environment; – You have at least 6 months of experience (internships included) in web-marketing, community management or in a similar position; – You have a diploma at least equivalent to a Bac+3 with strong skills in Strategy, e-Marketing, Corporate Communication, Project Management, etc. ; – You demonstrate ethics, rigor and high standards towards yourself and your work; – You are dynamic, methodical, autonomous, but also able to work in a team. – You are perfectly comfortable with computers (office automation, computer graphics, video editing, etc.) and statistical tools related to communication / marketing; – You are available for frequent trips to all regions of Cameroon
