COMPLIANCE UNIT MANAGER

A COMPLIANCE UNIT MANAGER

GENERAL MISSION
Implement and coordinate a set of non-compliance risk processes within
LA REGIONALE BANK
• Define and implement the bank’s compliance framework;
Define and implement monitoring of the compliance process;
• Ensure that the risk of non-compliance is controlled
• Identify and monitor the compliance scope • Carry out a map of the risks of non-compliance in order to identify the risk control systems and the action plans to be implemented in place ;
Implement a control plan specific to non-compliance risks
• Collect non-compliance issues

PROFILE
• Have a Bac +5 level of study in control, banking risk management, audit, banking, compliance, risk management, law.
• Have proven banking professional experience of at least 5 years in compliance management;
• Master banking regulations in the areas
SKILLS
• Be rigorous
• Be bilingual
