KNOWLEDGE

Academic level: BTS in computer science option (MSI) and computer networks or equivalent

KNOWLEDGE

Respect deadlines and procedures in as part of an intervention schedule

Knowing how to write user materials

Understanding technical English

Knowing how to popularize computer technical vocabulary to make it understandable by users

Demonstrating pedagogy and patience to support users in their learning of computer tools

Knowing the organization (services, teams) of the community

Be able to work in an extended network with various interlocutors

Respect the confidentiality of the information processed

Know the different types of computer malfunctions

Know how to carry out a first-level computer maintenance intervention

Know how to implement and control operating work

Know communication protocols, software and network hardware

Know how to manage a computer park connected to a network

Know how to detect computer viruses and secure data

ACTIVITIES:

ASSISTANCE ON COMPUTER EQUIPMENT:

Install or repair computer equipment

Ensure preventive maintenance of computer equipment

Secure computer workstations and data

Network computer workstations

ASSISTANCE IN THE COMPUTER SERVICE CENTER:

Intervene remotely and complete follow-up documents

Propose and implement equipment and service solutions

Participate monitoring computer

equipment Identifying malfunctions and improvements

ASSISTANCE WITH USERS

Facilitating familiarization and day-to-day use of the computer station

Training in the use of related equipment

Supporting the resolution of malfunctions (on-station and remotely)

Raising awareness of data security rules and good practices
