CRADEC (African Regional Center for Endogenous and Community Development) is a development support association governed by Cameroonian law. Its objective is to empower grassroots communities through various supports for the achievement of their development in relation to public policies.

CRADEC’s central mission is to spearhead tax justice in Cameroon’s development by enabling citizens and institutions to promote fair tax systems by influencing policy.

Thus, Tax Justice Network Africa (TJNA) through NORAD (Norwegian Agency for Cooperation for Development) provides technical and financial support for the implementation of the Project “Strengthening tax justice in Cameroon”, phase III with the following objectives:

– To have more inclusive, fair and responsible tax systems;

– To have a wide range of stakeholders advocating for tax justice;

– Strengthen the network in favor of tax justice issues.

It is with this in mind, CRADEC aims to recruit a consultant to carry out a study on tax equity and the financing of local development in Cameroon in order to constitute the backbone of a progressive economic policy and above all of a program ambition of emergence through tax justice and equity.
