NOTICE OF PUBLICATION FOR THE RECRUITMENT OF CONSULTANTS FOR VARIOUS SERVICES

Reference N°0323/CARE/CONSULTATION/002

CARE International in Cameroon through its project “Scale up of HIV prevention to contribute to the reduction of HIV related morbidity and mortality by 2023” funded by the Global Fund wishes to recruit consultants for the following services:

 

•  Lot 1: Four (04) Legal Advisors for the NFM3 grant .

Lot 2 :           A consultant for the development/updating of the operational gender strategy of the NFM3 grant

Lot           3: A consultant to monitor the implementation of human rights interventions of the PR and SRs

•  Lot 4: A consultant to carry out and present a survey to measure the reduction of stigma and discrimination in connection with HIV/TB among target groups (media men and social influencers, students, teachers , FMO, managers and employees of companies)

 

The mission for lot 1 aims to:

Provide adequate legal services to stakeholders of the PFM comprehensive prevention component intended for project stakeholders.

The mission for lot 2 aims to:

Strengthen the methodological capacity of stakeholders to integrate a gender approach into reference documents and tools and grant implementation.

 

The mission for lot 3 aims to:

Contribute to improving the system for monitoring human rights interventions with the PR and SRs within the framework of the Global Fund project.

The mission for lot 4 aims to:

Contribute to measuring the reduction of Stigma and discrimination related to HIV/TB among target groups (media men and social influencers, students, teachers, FMOs, business leaders and employees) as part of the Global Fund project .

CARE International in Cameroon hereby invites interested bidders to submit their proposals for service offers according to the specifications and conditions presented in the terms of reference to be withdrawn on request from the email addresses below, no later than 21.06.2023 at 10 a.m. sharp, Yaoundé local time.
