Recruitment notice: CONTINUING TRAINING MANAGER

With a view to promoting its services in Cameroon,  AN INTERNATIONAL HIGHER SCHOOL   in Cameroon (Douala), is looking for an experienced CONTINUING EDUCATION MANAGER to provide its services    .

 

 

MISSIONS

• Propose, define and implement the continuing training policy adapted to the various audiences welcomed by the establishment;
• Sell continuing training to companies;

Main activities

• Structuring the training offer with all the stakeholders concerned within the establishment;
• Identify and analyze the training needs of the public and partners;
• Produce and disseminate information in the field of continuing education;
• Lead and maintain internal, external, private and public partnership relationships at the local, national and international level (companies, training organizations, public funders);
• Implement support systems for the public (resumption of studies, validation of acquired experience, skills assessments);
• Evaluate the results and effects of a training system;
• Lead training or teaching activities;

 

SKILLS / REQUIREMENTS / QUALITIES

• Bac + 03 minimum in the field of continuing education would be an asset or any other equivalent diploma;
• Minimum 03 years of experience in a similar position;
• Required age: 30 to 40 years old;
• Be charismatic;
