JOB OFFER

As part of its activities, the Level up Lounge is looking for its services: “Cooks”

Under the responsibility of the Head Chef, the Cook is mainly responsible for:

Prepare quality dishes creatively and precisely, respecting recipes and established standards
Ensure inventory management, order tracking and cost control

Ensure cleanliness and food safety in the kitchen
Work collaboratively with the rest of the team to ensure an exceptional dining experience for our guests
Plan and prepare the menu based on customer preferences, market trends and available ingredients.

Required profile

Previous experience as a cook in a similar establishment (snack bar, restaurant, etc.)
Excellent cooking skills, with knowledge of food preparation and presentation techniques
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Compliance with hygiene and food safety standards
Ability to quickly adapt to changes and specific customer requirements
Culinary degree or equivalent culinary training is an advantage
