As part of its activities, the Level up Lounge is looking for its services:  “Cooks”

Under the responsibility of the Head Chef, the Cook is mainly responsible for:

• Prepare quality dishes creatively and precisely, respecting recipes and established standards
• Ensure inventory management, order tracking and cost control

 

 

 

 

• Ensure cleanliness and food safety in the kitchen
• Work collaboratively with the rest of the team to ensure an exceptional dining experience for our guests
• Plan and prepare the menu based on customer preferences, market trends and available ingredients.

Required profile

• Previous experience as a cook in a similar establishment (snack bar, restaurant, etc.)
• Excellent cooking skills, with knowledge of food preparation and presentation techniques
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Compliance with hygiene and food safety standards
• Ability to quickly adapt to changes and specific customer requirements
• Culinary degree or equivalent culinary training is an advantage
