OBJECTIVE OF THE JOB
- Manage large corporate customers and provide solutions to their problems, so as to ensure a good quality of service and increase revenues.
- Provide after-sales service for digital liquidity and transaction management solutions.
- Be the interface between the client and the internal teams in order to ensure an efficient quality service.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
Customer management:
- Handle customer requests, inquiries and complaints related to the delivery and use of electronic banking, cash management, commerce, supply chain management and customer lending services in a cost effective and efficient.
- Ensure timely and accurate resolution of all customer complaints in accordance with deadlines.
- Achieve key customer satisfaction indicators defined by the Head of Corporate Bank Group.
- Develop tools for monitoring and tracking key satisfaction indicators, sales activities and revenue per customer.

After sales service:

JOB PROFILE
- Minimum Bac/Advanced Level + 3 in Banking and Finance, Management, Marketing, Accounting, Economics or any other similar discipline.
- Certification or professional training in Customer Management or other field would be an advantage
- Mastery of banking operations, bank products and services, bank procedures Monitoring of portfolios and sale of currencies
- Mastery of computers
- Be perfectly bilingual (French / English)
- Age: between 22 and 35 years old.
- Have at least 2 years of banking experience
Personal qualities
- Sense of organization Moral probity and Rigor
- Good communication and teamwork
- Good analytical mind
- Sense of initiative (Strength of proposal)
- Ability to work under pressure and independently
- Very good computer skills (Microsoft Word, Excel, Access, Power point package)
