Description: Customer Manager / Credit Analyst
People Finance SA EMF of the 2nd category is looking for a candidate for the position below for its services
Position: Customer Service Representative (M/F)
Location: Yaoundé-Cameroon

Start of work: As soon as possible
Missions I Responsibilities I Activities
Reception and maintenance of existing or potential customers Processing new relationships (memberships, account opening)
Processing customer complaints;
Collection and initial analysis of information on credit files;
Maintaining deadlines and following up on late debtors; Monitoring, advice and customer loyalty
Reporting the quantitative and qualitative evolution of the portfolio to the head of the agency.
Skills I Requirements I Qualities
Very good knowledge of IT tools (Word, Excel. Powerpoint, etc.)
Able to process information confidentially: Bilingual English / French
Ability to analyze and synthesize and work in a team,
Ability to adhere to the principles and procedures of PeFi Candidate profile
Years of experience: Between 2 to 3 years
Minimum Academic Level: Bac + 2 banking and finance option, Commercial Action Administrative and commercial management or equivalent Application documents
