Job Description:

Kalitas Construction, a leading company in the construction sector, is looking for a Customer Prospecting Sales Representative to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in prospecting for clients, in-depth knowledge of the construction industry and a strong ability to establish and maintain relationships with potential clients.

Responsibilities:

Identify and prospect new clients in the construction sector.
Build strong relationships with potential clients and maintain regular follow-up.
Understand customer needs and effectively present Kalitas Construction’s offerings.
Collaborate closely with the sales team and other departments to meet customer needs.
Negotiate contract terms and reach profitable deals.
Ensure rigorous monitoring of projects to guarantee customer satisfaction.
Maintain in-depth knowledge of the construction market and industry trends.

Requirements:

Proven experience in prospecting clients, preferably in the construction sector.
Excellent communication, listening and negotiation skills.
In-depth knowledge of the construction market and its stakeholders.
Ability to work independently and set sales goals.
Good understanding of technical specifications related to construction.
Strong orientation towards customer satisfaction.
Valid driver’s license and personal vehicle.
