ACADEMIC LEVEL : Min BAC + 2 in Commerce and Management or any other equivalent diploma.
JOB OBJECTIVES
- Understand the needs of clients and tutors and develop plans to meet them.
- Aim to retain customers and renew contracts
- Approached potential customers to build relationships
- Conclude telephone sales agreements and maintain good relations with customers.
- Track all customer inquiries via phone, email, whatsapp or any other means of communication to ensure they book classes.
- Manage the company’s social media accounts, which involves responding to comments, messages, responding to inquiries and acquiring customers on social media.
DESIRABLE QUALIFICATIONS
– Good command of French and English (Bilingual).
– Spirit of synthesis and analysis.
– Ability to work under pressure.
