PREPDIA is an educational company with the objective of promoting academic excellence by providing support to parents who do not have enough time to follow their children after school by providing them with professional teachers for support lessons school at home.
Renowned for our exceptional customer experience, we are looking for 02 Customer Manager profiles who will embody the values of our company and listen to customers in all circumstances.
MAIN MISSION : Preserve, develop, make profitable and control the risks of a client portfolio.
ACADEMIC LEVEL : Min BAC + 2 in Commerce and Management or any other equivalent diploma.
POSITION OBJECTIVES
- Understand client and tutor needs and develop plans to meet them.
- Aim to retain customers and renew contracts
- Approach potential customers to build relationships
- Conclude telephone sales agreements and maintain good relationships with customers.
- Follow up on all customer inquiries via phone, email, WhatsApp or other means of communication to ensure they book classes.
- Manage the company’s social media accounts, which involves responding to comments, messages, responding to inquiries and acquiring customers on social media.
DESIRABLE QUALIFICATIONS
– Good command of French and English (Bilingual).
– Spirit of synthesis and analysis.
– Ability to work under pressure.
