REQUIRED EXPERIENCE : Min 06 months in a similar position.

 

 

JOB OBJECTIVES

•  Understand the needs of clients and tutors and develop plans to meet them. 
•  Aim to retain customers and renew contracts
•  Approached potential customers to build relationships
•  Conclude telephone sales agreements and maintain good relations with customers.
•  Track all customer inquiries via phone, email, whatsapp or any other means of communication to ensure they book classes.
•  Manage the company’s social media accounts, which involves responding to comments, messages, responding to inquiries and acquiring customers on social media.

DESIRABLE QUALIFICATIONS

–       Good command of French and English (Bilingual).

–       Spirit of synthesis and analysis.

–       Ability to work under pressure.
