Recruitment notice: DATA ENTRY OPERATOR
SEALAND SERVICES SA is currently looking for one (01) DATA ENTRY OPERATOR for its headquarters based in Douala, for a fixed-term contract.
The data entry operator attached to the Transit Department will have the main tasks of carrying out all data entry on the CAMCIS platforms (provisional, declarations, transit documents, etc.), and E-FORCE (DI, CAH, PAK etc.) ).
Activities
- Entry and validation of declarations in CAMCIS.
- Entry in E-FORCE.
- Opening customer files; CDA and follow-up.
- Transmission of information to the kidnappers.
- Monitoring of all platform-related issues.
PROFILE
– Academic level: Baccalaureate + 3 or training in Customs / Transit. CAMCIS training certificate
– Professional experience: 02 years of experience in a similar position
– Maximum age: 40
TECHNICAL SKILLS
– Good knowledge and mastery of the procedures of the CAMCIS and E-FORCE platforms.
– Good knowledge of the procedures of Active Improvement and its audits.
– Being able to do his coding state.
– Good knowledge of customs clearance documents.
