Missions & Main activities

Analyze, study, qualify and prioritize the operations of its portfolio

Provide level 1 & 2 support and work in collaboration with other administrators for incident resolution.
Implement/modify and develop database backup and archiving procedures in collaboration with other administrators.
Deal with any malfunction

Manage incidents related to test, pre-production or production environments in collaboration with other IS administrators Administer and optimize databases by ensuring their consistency, security, availability and reliability of their data.
Ensure the interface with level 3 supports
Receive and process requests, production hazards as well as reports and complaints

Extract and communicate data on the databases during reviews
Ensure the backup and restoration of databases .
Ensure technological watch
Prioritize the activity independently in order to guarantee processing times.

Update profiles and parameters on tools and applications in production
Report, inform, trace, close

Measure and improve database performance
Perform restoration tests according to established frequencies
Produce key performance indicators

Qualifications

Training: Engineer Bac+4/5 in Computer Engineering

Experience: 4 years or more in a similar position
