ASSISTANT DIRECTOR OF HUMAN RESOURCES / DEPUTY HR DIRECTOR (M/F)

DEPUTY DIRECTOR OF HUMAN RESOURCES (M/F)
MAIN MISSION:
Under the responsibility of the HRD, the Deputy HRD is a real arm HRD law, he steers alongside him the management of human resources from its various angles (recruitment, personnel administration, training, mobility, general remuneration policy,) in line with the company’s strategy.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Support managers on all HR topics: career management, social legislation, etc.,
day-to-day management of personnel administration
Be the local contact person for employees for all HR questions,
Manage and coordinate the various recruitment actions (interviews, definition of needs, follow-up reporting, integration of new employees, etc.),
Participate in the development of the employer brand of the company (school relations, employment forum, etc.),
Manage and monitor the GPEC policies in force,
Manage and monitor the company’s training policy (monitoring and coordination of the skills development plan, monitoring of the budget allocated to training, etc. ),
Set up and monitor the various HR reports in connection with its missions,
Participate in social relations with the representative bodies of the personnel and the various actors of the company.
JOB PROFILE
Qualifications and experience:
– Bac+5 in the field of human resources,
– Minimum 10 years of experience in HRM, therefore 3 years ideally acquired in the agro-industrial sector or any other related field.
Interpersonal skills:
– Autonomous, accessible, rigorous and force of proposal, you appreciate being in close proximity to operational teams and working with agility.
– Team spirit
– Sense of respect for the hierarchy
Know-how:
– You are comfortable with computer tools and software (office pack, ERP, etc.).
– Good knowledge of labor law in Cameroon.
– Good knowledge of Human Resources management procedures.
– Good command of the French and English language (Bilingual)
