Gross salary for the category: According to the salary scale in force at Action Contre la Faim
FIELD OF INTERVENTION : Coordination based in Yaoundé with frequent trips to the field
OBJECTIVE OF THE JOB : Provide support to the RDD NS in the coordination of projects, Organize assessments and monitor the nutritional situation. Be responsible for the objectives of supervising the programs and leading the teams in the absence of the RDD NS.
MISSIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Mission 1: Participate in the capitalization, evaluation of nutritional and health interventions and their design
Mission 2: Participate in the monitoring and coordination of programs in the areas of nutrition and health
Mission 3: Participate in supervising and supporting nutritional and medical teams
Mission 4: Participate in the development and animation of national and local partnerships
Mission 5: Participate in the representation of ACF and promote its positions in the field of health and nutrition
DIPLOMAS/LEVEL OF STUDY/EXPERIENCE :
– Be a doctor, holder of a master’s degree in nursing or public health or holder of an IDE diploma.
– Professional experience of at least 5 years in the same position or in a similar position would be appreciable.
– At least 2 years of field experience desirable
– Humanitarian experience would be an asset.
REQUIRED SKILLS :
– Experience in nutrition;
– Good capacity for analysis and synthesis;
– Excellent writing skills;
– Very good interpersonal skills;
– Experience in training;
– Computer skills (Word – Excel);
– Fluency in French and English.

RECRUITMENT PROCEDURE
