The Cameroon Oil Transportation Company (COTCO) is looking for 01 Development and Integration Engineer (M/F)

Position based in Douala (Cameroon), with periodic visits to the company’s sites.
As a Development and Integration Engineer, you will report to the IT Infrastructure Supervisor within the Information Systems Department (DSI).
You will be a major player in the pursuit of COTCO’s digital transformation, mainly aimed at the automation of management processes and the integration of new technologies in the improvement of operations.
Your main missions and responsibilities will consist of
– Collecting and analyzing needs for innovative IT solutions,
– Proposing, developing and deploying innovative solutions;
– Implement analytical and decision-making IT;
– Ensure the scalable maintenance of innovative solutions and applications.

The profile of the Ideal Candidate:
– Engineering degree or equivalent Bac + 5, in the field of Information and Communication Technologies (ICT).
Good knowledge of IT in a transversal manner (Operating systems, Networks, Security and architecture of Information Systems, programming, database, etc.) – Minimum three (
03) years of proven experience in a developer role. applications and database administrator.
– Experience in software development and databases.
– Experience in website development and administration.
– Experience in data analysis and presentation.
– Experience in developing SharePoint solutions.
– Good mastery of workflow technologies (Infopath, Nintex, Power Automate)
– Good mastery of VBA development pitching for Microsoft Office applications
– The following certifications would be a major asset: (1) Certification in SQL Server databases, (2) SCRUM Master certification, (3) Azur Cloud Associate certification, (4) Microsoft Office 365 Administrator certification.
– Practice of English (technical vocabulary) is required.
– Teamwork, rigor and organization, adaptability and flexibility.
