Assignment :

MAIN MISSIONS

Understand the strategy implemented by General Management and translate it into an operational action plan.

Position yourself as Business Manager and ensure the development of the company’s business

The organization, coordination and monitoring of the activities of the Directorate.

ACTIVITIES

• Understanding of the strategy implemented by General Management and its implementation in an operational action plan;
• The development and optimized monitoring of the Directorate’s budget;
• The development of the external communication strategy (press organ, website, social networks, professional networks);
• The development of the marketing, commercial and land development strategy;
• The development of the institutional communication plan;
• Identification of real estate areas to be rehabilitated and construction sites;
• The promotion of the company’s brand image nationally and internationally, in relation with other entities;
• Evaluation of partnership, sponsorship and advertising opportunities;
• Force of proposal for the General Management in connection with the marketing and commercial development
• Supervision and development of team skills;
• The development of tools for reporting the activities of the Directorate;

Profile :

• Bac + 5 in communication/Marketing or equivalent diploma
• Over 10 years of significant similar experience
