Main mission: Execute the bank’s digital strategy in line with the
overall communication strategy and ensure the bank’s permanent presence on
social networks and other digital platforms.
MAIN ACTIVITIES
Participation in the development of the web communication strategy and management of relationships with partners
– Execute the bank’s digital strategy and its communication plan on social networks, in conjunction
with the various services involved in the bank’s communication;
– Manage relationships with digital communication agencies and partners, the media and with
partners working on setting up and updating the bank’s internet and intranet sites.
Information monitoring and technological monitoring
– Monitor the web (sites, forums, blogs, etc.), listen and take stock of the
bank’s e-reputation;
– Propose an action plan and solutions in the event of a problem and establish a dialogue with Internet users
if necessary;
– Ensure the referencing of the bank, as well as its products and services;
– Detect new tools, social media and web trends on which the bank would benefit from
positioning itself to promote a close relationship with its communities.
Editorial content management
– Develop a charter and a weekly editorial calendar for publications;
– Adapt content to communication platforms;
– Distribute informative content on the bank’s digital sites to make it accessible to consumers
.
Community animation
– Ensure good visibility of the bank on social networks;
– Unite and build loyalty among Internet users around the brand by creating a friendly and engaged community;
– Develop the bank’s reputation by carrying out web marketing actions: site referencing,
netlinking, etc.
– Moderate the various discussions on digital exchange spaces;
– Be the spokesperson for bank users internally and externally.
QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED SKILLS REQUIRED
▪ Bac +3 in Communication, Marketing, IT or
any other similar field.
▪ Minimum 3 years of experience in the field of social
media, preferably in the banking sector;
▪ Training in digital marketing would be an asset;
▪ Bilingualism (French – English) would be an asset.
▪ Knowledge
* Solid knowledge in digital communication;
* Knowledge of the banking environment.
▪ Know-how
* Mastery of language, jargon, design tools and
web techniques;
* Mastery of budget planning, pricing and
profitability of web services;
* Mastery of media relations management;
* Mastery of the Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint);
* Good writing and communication skills.
