Main mission: Define the commercial strategy in the Corporate segment, ensure the coordination and control of its implementation, while ensuring risk management.
MAIN ACTIVITIES
Define the strategy in its segment and ensure its implementation
Participate in the definition of the bank’s Strategic Plan and ensure its implementation;
Define the commercial policy with respect to Business Customers (segmentation, definition of targets, positioning) and coordinate its implementation;
Develop the main strategic and commercial orientations with respect to Business Customers, in particular the drafting of the “Target Market” in accordance with the main orientations of the Group;
Initiate the design and development of new products;
Coordinate the Subsidiary’s action plan within the DCE
Establish an organization capable of providing a systematic response (positive or negative) to customer requests or complaints within acceptable time frames;
Effectively monitor the evolution of the portfolio in order to reduce the level of overdue debts and provisions;
Engage the subsidiary in a process of continuous improvement of its relations with target customers;
Organize competitive monitoring (evolution of sectors, market launches, etc.).
Supervise the staff under his responsibility
Support and train DCE staff in order to improve their technical skills;
Define guidelines for training department heads, account managers and customer service agents;
Break down the strategic objectives into objectives by market (large companies / SMEs).
Establish a culture of quality service in all relationships with customers.
Ensure control and compliance with procedures
Ensure compliance with regulations in force in all areas;
Supervise the improvement and implementation of risk assessment and measurement tools;
Ensure the quality of credit files submitted to the various credit committees (CIC and CSC);
Coordinate the monitoring of corrective actions relating to audits within the DCE scope;
Ensure compliance with procedures to combat money laundering and terrorist financing.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE
REQUIRED SKILLS
BAC + 5 minimum in Management, Finance, Commerce, Banking, Organization Management
Minimum experience of 07 years in similar functions. Experience in the banking sector will be an asset
Fluent expression in French and English
