Assignment :

Main missions :

• Understand the strategy implemented by General Management and translate it into operational action plans;
• Make investments through the design and technical implementation of construction or rehabilitation projects, execution of maintenance works;
• Organize, plan and follow up on all activities of the Directorate.

ACTIVITIES

• Preparation of the management procedures manual;
• Optimized preparation of the Directorate’s budget;
• Design, identification, definition of technical projects and proposals; an effective implementation plan;
• Development of management policies for technical activities, markets, purchases, supplies and assets;
• Implementation of the heritage management, enhancement and maintenance policy;
• Validation of maintenance schedules (preventive and curative);
• Development of ToRs for the launch of calls for tenders and selection; service providers in connection with the performance of technical work; (various constructions and maintenance);
• Validation of the compliance reports of the work carried out by the service providers;
• Monitoring of the implementation of the supply chain;
• Procurement compliance monitoring;
• Supervision and development of employee skills;
• Development and implementation of management reporting tools;
• Implementation of self-control tools related to the performance of the missions and activities of the Department.

Profile :

• Bac +5 / design engineer (generalist, civil engineering, public works, etc.) preferably
• 15 years of experience including at least 5 on major real estate development projects
