POSITION: DRIVER DEVELOPMENT OFFICER (DDO) (M/F)
TYPE OF CONTRACT: CDI
ASSIGNMENTS:
Develop a driver development program and take all drivers through it
Teach and train Defensive Driving skills to all drivers.
Continuously assess drivers in the field and determine specific Driving skills for specific areas of interest. (OJT)
Carry out routine route appraisals with driver and impart skills for special route related challenges (OJT)
REQUIRED SKILLS QUALIFICATIONS:
EXPERTISE:
Mastery of computers
Defensive Driving experience
Ability to impart Knowledge and very articulate
Conversant with Root Cause Analysis modules (5WHY)
Knowledge of various Vehicle Models gear-train systems
Conversant with Green-band Driving techniques
Traceable Driver Training History Good with the SAP SOFTWARE
Academic qualification: GCE ADVANCED LEVEL + DRIVING LICENCE: Good asset care skills
KNOW-HOW:
B/BE/C/CE /D/DE
Professional Experience: At least 5 years at Driver Training Position
Relevant Experience: Holder of Defensive Driving Certificate or equivalent
Ability to communicate in French and English
