A French academic institution based in Cameroon is looking for services:
A tuition manager, position based in Douala and Yaoundé.
MISSIONS AND TASKS
He (she) will have the following main missions:
– Ensure the organization of school life within the establishment;
– Directing and supervising all aspects of student education, from enrollment to graduation

– Plan and coordinate registrations, evaluations, exams,
academic records and management of academic calendars;
The tasks will consist of:
– Monitoring and filling in the administrative and correspondence documents of the students (monitoring
absences, school report cards)
– Monitor student behavior and control the application of internal regulations,
safety instructions, rules of collective life
– Plan and coordinate academic calendars, including exam sessions,
vacations and the holidays ;
– Monitor punctuality, attendance of students in class, check supporting documents and
inform parents;

 

 

 

– Manage registrations, grades, transfers, and diplomas;
– Organize the examinations and the dissemination of the results;
REQUIRED PROFILE
 Bac +3 minimum in the field of computer management education or any other
equivalent diploma
 Experience of two (02) years minimum in a similar position
 A good knowledge of information systems and management software and the
office pack;
 A good knowledge of the rules and regulations of higher education;
 Exceptional skills in written communication and report writing;
 Be able to adapt to the ethics and values ​​of the company.
