Missions : Assist managers and the sales team in the operational management of administrative tasks and commercial projects
Activities
Administrative
- Managing the office
Plan and organize the activity according to the objectives, priorities and managerial agenda
- Prepare working papers and write reports
- Maintain petty cash and track cash flow
- Manage customer/supplier files and ensure that they are kept in good order
- Periodic reporting
Commercial
- Manage phone calls and appointments
Participate in preparatory meetings for field operations
- Make documents available and support their transmission to clients
Monitor record keeping and participate in updating the database
Profile
28-35 years old
Bac + 2/3 in Management or any equivalent training
- 3 years of experience including 1 year required in a startup or a digital services company
Good knowledge of software in SAAS and mobile mode
Bilingualism required (French and English)
Residence in the city of Douala, ideally Dla 5th
