As part of its missions, Indyli-services is looking for an HR Manager with secretarial skills.

Job Description :

You will be in charge of:

Internal Human Resources :

Propose the Company’s HR policy (employment, remuneration, training, working conditions, management of the social climate, social policies, corporate social responsibility, talent acquisition, etc.);




Ensure the application of HR procedures and local and international legal and legal requirements (Labour Code, Internal Regulations, Rules of safety and hygiene at work, etc.);
Ensure the administrative and contractual management of staff in accordance with labor legislation;
Participate in the processing of staff payroll within the deadlines defined by the Company (transmission of attendance records to the accountant);

Write internal communication notes (memo, information note);
Participate in the drafting and/or updating of job descriptions;
Carry out legal and social monitoring to maintain a good social climate;
Develop relations with social partners;
Ensuring the company’s shopping (purchase of equipment, payment of Internet/electricity bills, etc.)
Planning and follow-up of training :




Maintain a file of trainers at all times (Name, address, qualification, availability, etc.);
Manage the schedule of trainers (Transformation of the ESIC/M2i/Miscellaneous calendar into INDYLI Calendar by trainer);
Ensure the replacement of trainers in the event of the unavailability of one or more scheduled trainer(s);
Manage trainer contracts and their remuneration (discussion of hourly/daily rates) and payment of their invoice once compliance has been validated;
Ensure the smooth running of training Privileged interlocutor of trainees/trainers (Availability of rooms, quality of software (Test/Validation/recommendation, Acceptance report as deliverable) connection to virtual rooms, availability and proper functioning of videos, etc.) ;
Ensure the proper keeping of the evaluation sheets of the training provided;
Write reports on the training provided (course of the training, state of satisfaction of the trainees, etc.).
PROFILE :

Bac +2/3 training:
You take interest in what you do. We are looking for a serious and rigorous collaborator. Autonomous, you are involved in your work with a very good sense of relationship.
