KM INTERNATIONAL is recruiting for the needs of one of its clients in Douala Cameroon, operating in
the retail sector, a financial assistant.
01 Financial Assistant
Requirements and qualifications required

1/. Language skills: English (very good);
2/. Education: Hold a Bac +4/5 in accounting and finance
3/. Computer skills: Microsoft Excel, accounting software (good);
4/. Previous experience: Minimum 2 years in a similar position (experience in a
Accounting firm would be a major asset).
5/. Good knowledge of accounting procedures
6/. Organizational and time management skills.
7/. Attention to detail
Tasks

1/. Receive and process supplier invoices;
2/. Monitor bank reconciliation statements;
3/. Process accounting (classification, codification, entry, archiving);
4/. Update the accounts of third parties (suppliers, customers, State, and others);
5/. Declare and liquidate spontaneous taxes;
6/. Produce accounting statements;
7/. Participate in the preparation of financial statements;
8/. Participate in monthly payroll processing;
9/. Participate in the establishment of the budget;
10/. Perform periodic reporting;
11/. Execute all other missions entrusted by his hierarchy;
12/. Participate in periodic audits.
