Recruitment notice: Food engineer at AREKO GROUP

AURE RH , Member of AREKO GROUP , is recruiting for the needs of one of its customers in the agri-food sector, an engineer.

Job title  : Food engineer

Duties:

•  Ensure the development of products and manufacturing processes;
•  Ensure the management of the industrialization process;
•  Ensure the application of QHSE standards.

 

 

Profile :

Academic level: Bac +5 as an engineer, Master in biosciences, plant sciences, food sciences or any other equivalent diploma.

Professional experience: 3 years of experience in a similar position

Technical skills :

• Knowledge of raw materials, additives and transformation processes; mastery of regulations in the agri-food sector, technical measuring, analysis or modeling devices associated with the field of activity
• Knowledge of budget management techniques, innovation project management, technological, strategic and regulatory watch methods.
• Mastery of office tools; good knowledge of statistical analysis and team management.

 

 

Skills :

Rigor ; team spirit ; adaptability ; pragmatic, methodical and investigative mind; observation skills and ability to work in multidisciplinary teams; taste for innovation.

Location: Douala
