JOBS: Vision Finance SA is recruiting Collectors, Yaoundé
As part of strengthening the daily collection team at its Warda agency
(Ekang building behind the sports palace), Vision Finance SA is looking for Collectors
for daily collection, the development of its customer portfolio and the strengthening of
its visibility among prospects.
I.MAIN ACTIVITIES
• Collect savings from customers on a daily basis
• Prospect new customers
• Build/consolidate and develop a customer portfolio
• Ensure the recovery of microcredits
• Offer the company’s products
• Transmit requests from prospects/customers to the institution
II.REQUIRED SKILLS
Basic profile:
• Be at least 21 years old;
• Bachelor level ;
• Be prompt and available;
• Have commercial sense and team spirit;
• Be dynamic and motivated;
• Have a good physical presentation;
• Be of good moral character and enjoy civil rights;
• Know how to work in a team;
• Be able to work under pressure and have a strong personality;
• Being bilingual (French and English) would be an asset;
Know-how :
• Dynamism and availability;
• Organization and rigor;
• Be honest and courteous;
• Good interpersonal skills;
• Power of proposal;
Composition of the application file:
• A request addressed to the Managing Director of Vision Finance SA;
• A cover letter addressed to the General Director of Vision Finance
HER ;
• A curriculum vitae with detailed, sincere photo, dated and signed;
• A photocopy of the candidate’s color CNI;
• A photocopy of the last diploma obtained if applicable.
