RECRUITMENT NOTICE FOR CUSTOMER OFFICER
For the needs of its services, the CCM (Caisse Communautaire des Montagnes) SA is seeking candidates
for the following position:
Position: Customer service manager
Location: Douala
Type of contract: CDI
Main missions:
• Ensure, under the authority the Agency Manager, the operation, management and development of a portfolio of clients and prospects
with a permanent concern for quality of service, profitability and risk management;
• Offer and sell microfinance products and services adapted to customer needs;
• Develop relational microfinance by providing a high level of customer satisfaction through quality services.
Main responsibilities:
• Greet customers and prospects (face to face/on the phone);
• Collect all mandatory information;
• Analyze the customer’s precise needs and make the sale a reality;
• Advise customers and prospects on products and services adapted to their needs;
• Create a relationship while respecting compliance aspects;
• Formalize and centralize information in the information system (account opening and management of
product and service contracts sold);
• Sell microfinance products and services;
• Develop customer knowledge during interviews;
• Develop knowledge of the portfolio of customers and prospects and implement all types of commercial actions (pace and
number of contacts to organize, for example);
• Analyze your portfolio;
• Deepen the relationship with existing customers and develop the business through an attitude of conquest from the
dedicated portfolio/segment (sponsorship);
• Carry out targeted prospecting and customer outreach actions;
• Expand the business by acquiring new customers and searching for new prospects;
• Handle oral or written complaints and customer objections commercially.
Profile sought:
• Minimum Bac + 2 in marketing, accounting, finance, banking, or any other equivalent diploma;
• Minimum 6 months of experience in a similar position.

• Knowledge of the offer of microfinance products and services;

• Know how to implement sales, negotiation and prospecting techniques;
• Know how to understand the risk linked to the activity;
• Excellent command of office tools;
• Master the rules and procedures in force.
