NOTICE RECRUITMENT OF QUALIFIED SALES IN DEPARTMENTS

The Cooperative Company CAFCOOP Ltd, based in Yaoundé located in the Efoulan district, operating in the importation, distribution and marketing of agricultural inputs is recruiting qualified Commercial Agents in the following departments: SANAGA MARITIME, MOUNGO SUD, MOUNGO NORD, HAUT
NKAM , MENOUA, BAMBOUTOS, NOUN, MIFI, NDE, MBAM AND INOUBOU, MBAM AND KIM, KADEY, BOUMBA AND NGOKO, UPPER NYONG, LEKIE, UPPER SANAGA.

After training lasting an average of one month, the selected candidates will be responsible for ensuring the popularization of CAFCOOP Ltd products to its customers in the rural areas of their assigned department.

1) ELEGIBILITY CONDITIONS
• Man or woman aged 23 to 35,
• Residing in their assigned department
• Be bilingual (French and English)
• Have proven experience in marketing
• Be able to work in rural areas
• Have good computer skills
• Training in agriculture is an asset.

2) MISSION OF THE POSITION
• Build, retain and develop the company’s customer portfolio in the department for which you are responsible,
• Increase the company’s turnover,
• Improve knowledge of the company’s products through awareness campaigns (popularization, meetings, seminars, etc.) with planter associations,
• Ensure the transmission of information collected in the field, etc.
